The Ugly Bug Ball

The finale to the Primary 1-2-3 class topic 'Marvellous Mini-beasts', at Port Charlotte Primary School, brought all the children together for an "Ugly Bug Ball".

Invitations were sent out to all the mini-beasts in the Kingdom of the Rhinns from the Queen Bee (Mrs. Stuart). Many guests arrived from afar to perform their dance for the Queen Bee.

After many entertaining performances, the guests ate their way through 'Crunchy Cocoon Cakes', 'Cheesy Caterpillars' and 'Frogs on Rocks', all washed down with delicious fresh 'Beetle Juice'.

Mini-beast games followed, including musical leaves and symmetrical butterflies.
